Chia pudding recipe
Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut milk powder mixed with 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of panela
Option 1: fruits & nuts
- 1 handful of rehydrated dried mangoes cut into pieces.
- Cashews cut into pieces, to taste.
Option 2: double chocolate
- 1 C. teaspoon cocoa powder
- Chocolate chips (dark or milk), to taste
Preparation :
- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, chia and panela. Stir well to prevent it from sticking.
- Let sit 30 minutes or more for the chia to thicken.
- Add the ingredients of the chosen option on top.
