Chia pudding is a must-have for healthy and comforting breakfasts. We share two recipes with you to inspire you!

Chia pudding recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk powder mixed with 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of panela

Option 1: fruits & nuts

  • 1 handful of rehydrated dried mangoes cut into pieces.
  • Cashews cut into pieces, to taste.

Option 2: double chocolate

  • 1 C. teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Chocolate chips (dark or milk), to taste

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, chia and panela. Stir well to prevent it from sticking.
  2. Let sit 30 minutes or more for the chia to thicken.
  3. Add the ingredients of the chosen option on top.
