Umano offers delivery across Canada. Your delivery charges will be calculated automatically when you confirm your order.

We also offer pick-up, allowing you to collect your package free of charge in Sherbrooke (Quebec).

Why don't we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount?

Companies that offer free shipping for very low purchase amounts are actually increasing the price of their products to cover the cost of delivery. Since we opened our online store, we have opted for free shipping on purchases of $125 or more.

With the recent increase in shipping costs, we prefer to maintain a fair and competitive price on our products and let you pay the actual shipping costs. However, if you buy $150 or more in our store, we offer you a $15 discount. So, if you buy more products at a time, you save on shipping costs, since a $75 package costs almost as much in shipping as a $150 package and you also benefit from our $15 discount.

It is more economical and more ecological since it reduces the number of transports.

Deadline

Orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 8 business days . For pickup, please allow a maximum of 5 business days.

Picking

With the closure of Café Nordik, we are currently looking for a new drop-off point for the Sherbrooke area. Information to come.

Claim

If you notice that a product is damaged or that there is an error between the product you ordered and the product received, please let us know as soon as possible. Send us photos of the package and products along with your comments to commandes@umano.ca

To be admissible, your claim must reach us within 3 working days of receiving the package.
