Our organic oat flakes come from a farm located in Compton, in the Eastern Townships.

A pioneer in organic organic farming, the owner of the farm, Mr. Gaudreau, cultivates his grains to transform them into wonderful flakes that are a delight in our lunches.

“Quick cook” oats are lightly roasted before being rolled, which gives them their unique toasted nut flavor.
